To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚和老公吃晚飯,想不到吃什麽,就吃日本菜吧!很久沒有和他到千両,記得上次去已經是幾年次的事,當時我們還未在一起。千両由太古城中心遷移到這裡,空間感少了很多。 點了炸蝦巻伴芒果醬($48),賣相很吸引,感覺有點日意crossover,蝦巻新鮮炸起,尚有餘溫,香脆無比,蝦肉夠鮮,配上芒果醬,味道原來可以這麽夾。 鰻魚天婦羅巻($52),鰻魚夠足料,然後把整個巻物放油炸,香口之餘亦有鰻魚壽司的美味,裡面的濕氣亦能保存,好好味呢! 清酒煮蜆($64),這個有點失望,蜆不太新鮮,而且份量亦很少。 牛肉豆腐鍋($88),份量亦較少,味道清甜,不過牛肉的肉質尚未夠滑。 由於這間店的面積較細,枱亦都較小,但這裡的菜都以很大的碟去盛載,火鍋又有明火,進食時很危險,希望餐廳可以留意一下。
