本來同阿肥喺銅鑼灣係想行去金雀鋸扒嘅,誰不知原來佢哋已經結咗業喇喎...無可奈何行多兩步見到呢間<籠太子點心專門店>,咁有緣份就入去醫肚啦~餐館嘅裝修都係比較新派嘅新潮式精緻點心店,新淨企理坐得又舒服。拎起鉛筆畫紙點菜,發現茶位都只係每人$3蚊而絕大部分點心嘅標價都唔超過三十蚊,喺銅鑼灣區真係算低消費喎~兩個人畫吓畫吓總共點咗差唔多十款點心,都唔係好過份姐係咪(?!)點心未嚟之前當然就係嘆吓茶先啦,呢度嘅茶原來係麥茶嚟,感覺清香消滯。鮮蝦腐皮卷($25蚊):腐皮非常之薄,入口後更覺驚喜,鮮蝦夠大隻咬落爽口彈牙,其他餡料配菜清脆口感,美味可口,本人心中給它很高的分數原隻鮮蝦腸($30蚊):唔知點解阿肥咁鍾意食蝦腸(?!)🤷🏻♀️哈哈,阿肥話呢碟蝦腸十分好食!話個米紙腸粉皮新鮮人手製作屬於一流水準,晶瑩剔透之餘裡面蝦仁超級彈牙,佢仲食得多過我呢~呢份香煎蘿蔔糕($22蚊)都係阿肥揀嘅傳統臘味味道算係唔錯,粒粒蘿蔔肉道出香氣,年輕一輩嘅我唯獨是略嫌佢煎得唔脆,熱氣感下降😂黑椒金錢肚($29蚊):去飲茶我有九成機會都會叫呢款菜式。呢度嘅黑椒味道夠重夠辣,牛肚份量亦多,最令人驚喜
兩個人畫吓畫吓總共點咗差唔多十款點心,都唔係好過份姐係咪(?!)點心未嚟之前當然就係嘆吓茶先啦,呢度嘅茶原來係麥茶嚟,感覺清香消滯。
