To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某銀行信用卡又做10月優惠,由2017年10月6日至12日,憑卡於晚市時段簽賬可享指定半價優惠。嘩嘩!嘩!我一聽到「半價」優惠呢兩個字話咁快乜都唔理即刻book位啦!今次半價只限以下兩個指定套餐:牛角2人前大皿燒肉套餐(正價$429元)極上2人前和牛大皿燒肉套餐(正價$515元)收費係套餐半價,另加一就按回原價計算。我地叫咗「極上2人前和牛大皿燒肉套餐」,加一後約$310左右。呢個燒肉套餐包括咗:羽衣甘藍沙律呢個除菜之外,加咗沙律汁,芝士粒同合桃在內,芝士粒比較鹹,而合桃就唔新鮮。果醋牛筋煮嘩 !呢個一上枱,d牛腩汁都已經凍到浮左白色一片油喺面,果醋鹹得不得了!食咗兩舊要放棄!和牛牛肋肉(4片)和牛已經係全個餐最好食嗰四片,肉質都算鮮嫩,有牛味,不過不失。牛肋肉(4片)肉質韌,好普通。骨付牛肋肉(4片)同牛肋肉一樣只不過呢個帶骨。牛舌(4片)呢個都唔錯,還可以。豬頸肉(4片)非常肥美。丹麥雞胸肉(4片) 白色雞胸四塊,鞋到不得了,無雞味。塩味牛油帶子呢個又係好鹹,好似落咗成樽鹽落去咁。包兩杯$42元或以下飲品,飲品叫咗巨峰提子梳打含酒精,呢杯飲品終於都正常,同喺日本飲嘅一樣。另外追加左

果醋牛筋煮
嘩 !呢個一上枱,d牛腩汁都已經凍到浮左白色一片油喺面,果醋鹹得不得了!食咗兩舊要放棄!

和牛牛肋肉(4片)
和牛已經係全個餐最好食嗰四片,肉質都算鮮嫩,有牛味,不過不失。

牛肋肉(4片)
肉質韌,好普通。

骨付牛肋肉(4片)
同牛肋肉一樣只不過呢個帶骨。

牛舌(4片)
呢個都唔錯,還可以。

豬頸肉(4片)
非常肥美。

丹麥雞胸肉(4片)
白色雞胸四塊,鞋到不得了,無雞味。

塩味牛油帶子
呢個又係好鹹,好似落咗成樽鹽落去咁。

包兩杯$42元或以下飲品,飲品叫咗巨峰提子梳打含酒精,呢杯飲品終於都正常,同喺日本飲嘅一樣。

另外追加左一客多春魚同一個壺漬牛肋肉,多春魚又平又好食,個牛肋肉一樣仍然都係好韌,試過medium rare, medium well and well done 都一樣好韌,好難理解⋯⋯⋯
總括呢個只可以話平平哋醫飽肚,成餐都好鹹同牛肉好韌😝😝😝
埋單都係$400兩個人,當玩下食一餐都算OK!
