天氣乍暖還寒, 但係仍然無阻香港人熱愛打邊爐嘅程度, 今日就去咗旺角 吞Pot食雞煲。重頭戲雞煲就叫咗一個滋補螺片花膠雞煲 $298,一上嚟 ,用殼一筆,就已經有滿滿嘅雞件。我急不及待要試下個湯先 ,飲得出質感好濃好厚, 有淡淡嘅豆味, 我估可能加咗椰奶或者牛奶 ,所以我湯好滑, 啲雞件我哋食到最尾都係食唔曬, 個湯仲有好多花膠同螺片 ,花膠煮到好冧,螺片仲依然好有咬口 ,個人嚟講十分推介呢個湯, 即使我哋加咗兩轉湯底個湯都冇太走味。另一個要推介嘅就係自製爆芝響鈴 $75有六件, 大大件放入湯淥三至五秒就食得。 頭一啖食落冇咩芝士, 以為中咗伏, 但係咬到落中間,啲芝士吧吧真係爆出嚟。雪花牛腩片$198 有十片,厚薄適中 ,擺落湯底拖幾拖就食得 ,牛肉味濃,齒頰留香。另外值得推介嘅就係 菜菜籃 ,啲菜好新鮮翠綠 ,$70蚊一籃有曬金菇,雜菇, 生菜同白菜仔 ,性價比十足。順便一提嘅就係餐廳做緊優惠,7七點半前埋單或者九點半後入座所有火鍋配料小食可享有半價。
