好耐無食雞煲,今次同fd去去旺角搵雞煲食,呢間叫吞pot嘅香辣雞煲(bb辣度、半隻)$208,真係令人一試難忘!雞肉煲得入味,肉質鮮嫩,啖啖都滲透住香辣醬汁,辣度適中,唔會搶味,反而更突出雞肉本身嘅鮮甜😋。配埋啲洋蔥、西芹、一齊煲,吸晒精華,真係一流!🔥🐔至於極品手切封門柳 $218,牛肉切得厚薄適中,入口嫩滑又帶少少嚼勁,牛味濃郁,無論單食定蘸雞煲醬汁都好正!🥩自創爆芝響鈴 $52 亦係一大亮點。外層炸得香脆,內裏芝士拉絲又唔會膩,配埋雞煲一齊食,口感層次即刻提升🧀,不過記得碌一碌好拎番上來。如果想細分量試到唔同食物嘅朋友,佢有個開心樂園餐🤣(日本蟹柳、芝士腸、雞肉腸、午餐肉)$58 就最啱。多款配料,份量岩岩好比你試一試👨‍👩‍👧‍👦。飲品方面,我地叫左大檸茶 $36 同大檸樂 $36,爆冰涼解辣,飲完即刻refresh返繼續食辣雞,為整個雞煲體驗畫龍點睛🧊🍋🥤。但呢間雞煲相對無咁多枱,要食記得去bk位,睇來老細都係貴精不貴多,仲好好服務嫁。 continue reading

明天放假,下班當然要約朋友晚飯輕鬆一下。這次去旺角吞pot,想起這裡的美味雞煲。這裏於的火鍋醬料費每位$12,職員在我們點餐後,隨即捧著九宮格過來,保證醬料潔淨、精緻。特別一提,這裏的麻辣醬非常好味!平時香濃醬汁的雞煲吃得多,這個胡椒豬肚雞鍋$208,是用湯煮的,又別有一番風味。胡椒豬肚湯底,味道鮮甜,有胡椒香;豬肚煮得夠軟,沒有腥味,很好吃;半隻雞肉的份量,二人吃非常足夠,連湯都幾乎喝光,當然還可以加湯吃火鍋。裏面配料還有蘿蔔、粟米、芽菜、芫茜,只吃雞煲其實都夠飽。不過饞嘴的我們,還是要加一些配料,滿足口腹之慾。羊肉片$108,沒想到賣相這麼精緻,羊肉不算太薄身,吃著有咬口,香而不羶,用胡椒湯煮非常相配。手打生拆蟹粉粉墨魚丸$112,是這裏的招牌配料。原來裏面真的包滿蟹粉,墨魚丸外層爽口,裏面香軟的蟹粉非常有口感!我會說這是精緻美味的吃法。芋絲$48,不想浪費湯底,要點吸收味道的配料。芋絲本身沒味道,就是爽口;煮過湯就能吃到胡椒豬肚湯的鮮甜濃香,是精華所在。Hoegaarden蜜桃白啤$18,有蜜桃香甜味但不會太甜,男士女士都適合。吃熱辣辣火鍋,來一口清新的啤酒,很舒爽!二人埋單加一共$590,吃得精緻美味。而這裏從23樓望出街外,夠空曠,身心舒暢,也是假期放鬆的好選擇。 continue reading

天氣凍定熱都好,個fd都係會拉我去食雞煲,因為食完打埋邊爐太方便。旺角呢棟大廈出名多野食,環境未算特別大坐起上黎我覺得少少逼,不過望到夜景叫左個重慶麻辣雞煲,驚真係太辣食唔到所以叫左小辣,辣度接受到同埋佢多洋蔥所以幾香。叫左半隻雞食岩岩好餃餃陣 $130 4款8隻餃子,3款係餐廳自家製再加款魚皮餃。鮮蝦雲吞同元貝雲吞都好食,內餡有成隻蝦個味好味夠多汁牛柳粒 $130肥瘦算適中,煮完咬落都幾淋,牛味都ok,唔算突出自創爆芝響鈴 $52呢個有少少驚喜,響鈴係餐廳自己捲,入面仲要有芝士,雖然有少少膩但真係好正好脆,如果可以捲埋紫菜入去我覺得更加開心山水豆腐 $50 紅薯粉$38 稻庭烏冬 $38其他呢D唔多講,紅薯粉係雞煲恩物,吸晒D湯汁好好食 continue reading
