剛從貝澳摸了7,8斤蜆,原本想去相熟既餐廳加工,不過老闆娘不在,唯有近近地去間小菜館。我一去到,班friend 就話 「伏了」。「伏」有咩咁「伏」ar ! 都未食...... 原來加工費以斤計, 承為$400 ,真真係個心離一離,因為以斤計的關係。不過最唔抵係,沙白出名殼厚及重。為了安慰下自己及平熄心中怒火,指望下d 海鮮la ! 好彩,個蒜蓉蒸蜆係超班的,蒜多,甘香,而排得好靚仔,影相一流。至於其他小菜,都不過不失, 但坦白講,這個加工費,去鯉魚門都得la !
