To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

俾錢食肚氣！

今晚諗住去食下譚仔，點知食咗成肚氣返黎！叫咗碗麵之後。。等咗好耐都無黎到，就問下人，點知唔啋我，我好似透明咁繼續等，最後，碗面仲要等咗25分鐘！我記住我落單嘅時間，係8點59分，9點25分左右到。。。到咗都算了，d麵仲要係唔熱既(我真係又餓又凍)！之後嗰位叫AL08既丫姐仲要我即刻俾錢，態度就好似我爭佢錢咁！仲要大聲話，頭先如果你叫我，我唔會唔理你囉！我自問自己脾氣不嬲都幾好，但今次我俾佢地都搞得好嬲。。。AL08丫姐，我明白你地要收工，我亦都唔會阻住你地，你地做服務業，打份工都要尊重份工，譚仔米線本身係好食，但因為服務員既態度令我覺得，我以後都不會再光臨囉！
