To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先我系廣州的,我老婆話要嚟呢間野試下,呢間野12點開門,沒夠12點就開始排隊,排左1個幾鐘,到手系抹茶同鮮奶,無飛冰,乜都無得加減,就是特點有焦糖味道,一杯咁野,要排1個鐘等真係無必要,除非你好鬼死鍾意焦糖味。抹茶焦糖珍珠抹茶味道比較苦,珍珠偏甜,可以中和翻,鮮奶焦糖,奶就甜啦!加埋珍珠甜上甜,出品真係一般。就係得個焦糖特色。最黑人憎係有人叫你幫手買,唔識排隊啊?店員又掛住收錢,通常都唔理,買完排隊拿都要等5-10分鐘。
