我想講佢嘅冬蔭公湯底真係好味加勁多料，湯底係滿滿嘅大蜆，係排到個底實的的咁多囉！而且粒粒飽滿㗎。冬蔭公湯底香料味豐富酸辣味都啱啱好，重點係佢啲鮮味係好正，我湯都飲咗兩碗。首推佢個酒香陳年花雕浸牛肉，花雕浸嘅牛肉肉味無變淡，仲多咗陣淡淡花雕味，可能因為我係冬蔭公湯底搶咗個花雕味⁽⁽٩(๑˃̶͈̀ ᗨ ˂̶͈́)۶⁾⁾另外佢哋嘅手打丸都好食，肉丸彈牙爆汁嗰種，特別係蟹子墨魚丸，加埋冬蔭公湯底佢好似加強個鮮味入口係甜㗎(╯✧∇✧)╯
