To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳其實好近大圍火車站，不過唔多起眼，可能佢周圍都係買雜貨，分散了注意力. 佢呢果湯好好味，應該落左唔少腩汁。因為平時食開其他的鋪頭個湯都係淡啲既. 牛腩份量都唔少，一共有七塊，非常合理。不過我嫌佢唔夠腍， 雖然味道都係夠既. 肥瘦都叫適中，少少膏，仲大有好多筋膜，食落會冇咁單調. 河粉的份量正常，感覺有少少難夾起，但仍然是在可以接受的程度。河粉煮得偏軟身，易於入口。每碗麵都有一大湯匙蔥蒜，對於我呢啲蔥蒜愛好者，當然十分喜歡. 不可不提的就是佢個辣椒油，都好夠香和辣. 一定要落一啲送麵呀.到最後就係要講下佢既速度，我叫完只兩三分鐘，河粉就到啦，快到不得了。
