To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日(13/1/2011)下午2時多去食下午茶~人客不多,排隊好快,只得2人左右...入單的是大叔男經理(衣著和普通的不同)我不太理會照點餐~我講得有點慢和甩溜(因為個餐牌不是在旁邊,所以我要向後看)他有點不耐煩的說:你下次可以說A1(例子),咁可以快好多那時的人流不多,只有三,四人左右,旁邊換完餐牌的小姐都開始工作.即是有兩個位置給人點餐~為何要那麼趕呢?唉~我之前去點餐講得慢,那些服務小姐的態度都很好,不會這樣說...為何經理出馬會這樣....幸好去取食物時那些員工的服務好,不然下次真的再不會光顧
