入了大角嘴食打邊爐,是骨煲皇,呢間不是塘尾道果間,而係杉榭街嗰間.門口招牌介紹豬骨煲,說了是正宗的,見呢輪喺第二度食得醉雞煲多,所以試下豬骨煲.都ok.有籮蔔,但粟米少啲,豬骨我哋要咗個豬軟骨,食細豬軟骨,$88.開頭啲味道都還可以,都係先飲湯後落料打邊爐,但就愈食愈唔掂.我唔知點解啦,好多其他店在加湯時都係用番豬骨湯,而呢間竟然用滾水,搞到啲湯愈來愈淡,無味的,本來想再叫多一兩樣餸,但因為個湯太淡,所以無叫了.....唔明呢間點解喺加湯時唔用番豬骨湯囉,淡色,人哋加湯時都用奶白色的豬骨湯,有啲慳皮囉....另外係雪花肥牛又薄又少件......唉.....
