先前忙考試,食評都無時間寫……話說,已經係半年前的十二月三十一日,當晚會同同事們去西九倒數。大時大節要搵o野食,就都要睇幾分運氣,好彩呢度訂到無問題,time slot 都ok佢好似有三個舖位,似乎係呢區o既打邊爐"地主"。舖內感覺人不會很多,空間感夠,搵伙計都無咩問題海底椰湯底,頭幾round 當然有好香好濃o既椰味,應該都有o的補o既醉雞件:滾完其實都無晒酒味,但雞味尤在,亦唔老身墨魚滑+蝦滑:新鮮貨色,但味道唔夠出炸魚皮:打邊爐必備,滾一兩滾幾秒就食,正,半軟半脆牛柳粒:我o地分別測試三個字、半個鐘、九個字、一個鐘o既浸泡程度,果然係越耐越好食o架,唔好唔信邪肥牛:唔記得要o左咩部位,係又軟又彈牙的黑牛柏葉:呢個好差,有陣苦味這裡的牛是真的有水準的

炸魚皮:打邊爐必備,滾一兩滾幾秒就食,正,半軟半脆
牛柳粒:我o地分別測試三個字、半個鐘、九個字、一個鐘o既浸泡程度,果然係越耐越好食o架,唔好唔信邪
肥牛:唔記得要o左咩部位,係又軟又彈牙的
黑牛柏葉:呢個好差,有陣苦味

這裡的牛是真的有水準的
