To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間餐廳我已經幫趁了十年,其中資深的侍應都熟口熟面,有打招呼,但因店鋪大,資深的店員越來越少,有時遇不上。每次幫趁都有4-10人,大都是坐A店或特色房,當日我們一行8人,中午到A店吃午餐,當我們點了食物,食物陸續上枱,這時我感到頸部有點痕癢,隨手撥一撥,睇到喺不受歡迎物體,嚇得大叫,我先生隨即追打,將牠打死,這時餐廳只有三枱人,大家都知發生甚麼事,但所有侍應都若無期事,我還對附近兩位男侍應(像高級點)講有xx,其中一個只應了一句‘唔好意思’,仍舊在那邊沒有任何行動,驚魂未定我和我先生都各自去洗手間洗手,在洗手間出來時見到一位剛才不會動的侍應陰笑地走向另一店,我回坐位後問朋友侍應有沒有甚麼行動,有!只執走屍骸囉!沒有行埋嚟做好做醜問一句,食物有無污糟呀!洗唔洗換過呀!老細無教落咁嘅情況,好好醜醜都要關心、慰問下客人。蝕底吓都要。真喺又驚又嬲,咁嘅態度,結果我哋一路食一路望,女士們又驚D,短期內我哋都唔會幫趁。可能D侍應話仲好,做少D!
