To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Tiffin嘅自助午餐雖然唔係好多款式，但貴精不貴多，樣樣都好食～一開頭食左蟹腳同凍蝦(無影到相),好新鮮好鮮味,對比前兩日係另一間酒店既蝦，真係無得比，tiffin好食好多，一啲腥味都無～蟹腳都好大條，仲一直有refill, buffet完都仲有蟹腳係度～夠哂大方個牛切得唔算好薄，但就一啲都唔韌，加埋個蘑菇汁就好好味～熱食味道唔錯，但個餡餅好飽肚～～蛋糕同布甸都好好味，朱古力蛋糕好rich,好足料～佢嘅自家製雪糕都好食～膽粗粗試左咸蛋肉碎味，未食個時以為會好怪，但食落又ok喎，真係有咸蛋味～我仲食左芒果糯米飯味，裡面真係有一粒粒糯米，幾特別唔錯～生果方面都唔係啲大路嘢，有車厘子、龍眼、布冧同紅色火龍果～呢餐都值回票價
