To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直很想食壽司，今天便來了元氣壽司大吃特吃。壽司一來，我先吃了件帆立貝壽司，帆立貝大大粒，一開二放在飯上，口感彈牙偏軟，味道鮮甜，但水份差了一點，有點乾身。之後吃了飛魚子軍艦，吃軍艦最重要是紫菜夠脆，它的紫菜十分脆，飛魚子算多，所以很脆，我很喜歡。在三文魚壽司方面，沒有冰鮮味，油脂分佈均勻，也是不錯。至於炸蝦卷，這是我的最愛，多軟內脆，加上薄薄一層沙律醬，而且即叫即製，新鮮熱辣，十分好味。炸蠔同樣是熱辣辣，咬開後有濃郁的肉汁，又脆又juicy,加上沙律醬更好味。元氣壽司，雖然價錢比外面高，但我覺得是值回票價。
