熟食類(左至右)
- 富山白蝦素揚,有啲似炸白飯魚,不過多左一份酥脆,鮮味比白飯魚更濃郁,送酒一流!

- 海老真丈配日本青椒,師傅話即係炸蝦丸,食落嘅感覺佢似分子料理,呢種食感非常新穎,係我食過最特別最好味嘅蝦丸😋

- 白子昆布醬油燒,又係一款好特別,從來未食過嘅菜式,白子燒到非常香口,同昆布醬油混合,鮮味及醬油香完美配搭.

- 季節限定香箱蟹,無論蟹膏定蟹肉都好鮮甜,而蟹籽本身係冇乜味嘅,所以師傅教需要撈埋啲蟹膏一齊食.

- 筋子蘿蔔溶,係由師傅自己醃漬自己逐粒拆,所以味道唔似一般嘅三文魚子,得個咸字😋

壽司
所有壽司,師傅都用佢嘅經驗,加左不同嘅配搭,不同嘅刀法,即使係wasabi,不同嘅魚都用左不同嘅份量,有啲就配紫蘇,有啲就配海鹽,有一款魚,甚至乎係輕輕灼過,為免劇透,我就唔逐一講啦,自己去試下啦🤭
