To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次黎食係幫朋友慶祝生日,總共預訂左9 樣野食,未食已經期待左好耐第一道菜係小吊桶太肚餓一啖食左無咩印象第二道菜係鹹檸聖子,超級有驚喜!!!未食落口已經有啲鹹檸味,無試過可以海鮮配鹹檸,好清香,好開胃,拎黎做前菜岩晒又一碟用口立濕黎調味既菜式我本人好鐘意食口立濕野烏梅醬配豬尾好好味!酸酸甜甜,重要個豬尾燒得外脆內軟,估唔到豬尾都可以燒得咁細膩。本身以為係普通蟹膏,望menu 先知係蟛蜞膏,朋友介紹蟛蜞係好細既蟹仔,每隻得少少膏,但呢碟野有咁多膏,好巧手工既一道菜!重頭戲黎到花雕蟹,好食就唔使講~我之前食過天x閣、比較之下呢碟重雞味,重口味啲。龍躉頭配水餃好惹味臭豆腐就見人見至啦,鐘意食就好好食😆個飯Ok 啦,太多好野食相比就無咩特別甜品荳沙月餅

我本人好鐘意食口立濕野烏梅醬配豬尾好好味!
