初三團拜後晚餐,新年食豪啲,毫不知情的菜色,我只負責食。門面裝修已見特色,非一般食肆。先以燒熱的石頭把魚片煮熟,再「灑」一聲倒入奶白色的湯,濃濃魚湯熱辣辣,好味。魚骨都不浪費,將之煎炸作一小吃。牛筋骨,應該以慢煮烹調,淋淋肉質兼入味非常,上面的蒜蓉味勁香,超讚。陳皮番茄,平時多數只食梅粉配番茄,但原來加埋陳皮會咁夾㗎,又一驚喜之作。蝦球西蘭花,蝦夾脆彈牙新鮮到極點,最重要係不用去殻啖啖肉,味道當然也好啦。蓮藕切了薄片包裹肉配辣辣地醬汁,惹味到一個點,手工亦非凡。片皮鴨二食,皮脆肉香,每片蒸粉皮細心地用紙隔住,不致一撕就破包不到鴨皮,涼瓜炒鴨肉,味道適中,炒得好有鑊氣。豆苗燴竹笙跟淮山清淡之選,以解之前濃味食物。黑毛豬叉燒肉嫩但帶點肥,屬貴價燒味,整體非常好味,值得回味。
