La Paloma 的入口在畫廊旁邊,看著低調,乘升降機到一樓,打開餐廳大門後就走進了異國風情,色彩繽紛的裝潢充滿活力,環境氣氛極好。沙發的用餐區還有舒適的抱枕,很適合三五知己來聚會呢來這裡當然不少得來一杯冰爽的 Sangria,喝一口浸泡過水果的紅酒,充滿嘉年華的歡樂感覺這裡的 Tapas 款式很多,佐酒一流呢。先來了 Scallop ceviche with coconut dressing and mango,酸甜果香襯托岀帶子的嫩滑鮮甜,吃起來很清新Baby sardines with “salmorejo” and black olives 小巧的沙甸魚以西班牙番茄冷湯和橄欖油浸漬,放上香脆的多士上吃,魚脂芳香而且蠻肥美的Bacon and cheese air-baguette 圓鼓鼓的空心法式麵包咬開是惹味的煙肉芝士,酥香十足,一不小心就想多吃幾個Sautéed chorizo with dry sherry經典小菜之一,鹹香豐富的西班牙辣肉腸搭配雪莉酒調製而成,配麵包吃剛好Lamb ribs with Padron peppers and romesco sauce羊肋

甜點是 Passion fruit cream with coconut foam and fresh mint。吃飽後選了感覺輕盈一點的甜點,很有心思的組合!挖一坨果香馥郁的熱情果忌廉,再佐以清甜的椰子泡泡,剛好平衡了彼此的味道,充滿空氣感的幼滑質地吃起來毫無負擔哩
