雖然係銅鑼灣搵做Fine dining既餐廳真係唔難, 但要講好食既fine dinning真係一隻手數晒, 真係唔多 , 不過好在我有個識食既fd帶我上黎呢間位於regal hongkong hotel既Alto 88, 聽佢講上次係呢到食完個Michelin 2 Starred guest chef menu讚不絕口 真係搞到我心郁郁 Hahahah Waiter 推薦我地叫一個Tasting set menu, 同埋一個3月promotion既Tuscany menu~ 咁就可以2個menu都試到lawaiter 介紹呢個Risotto時話係用左7 years aged既米, 仲拎左the best risotto “ACQUERELLO” world contest 2012 每個course都有自己既特式, chef將每個食材都煮的岩岩好, 值得再試
