To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得一試嘅四川麻辣麵

今日咁啱要過去中環，4點幾發現全日冇食過嘢，天氣濕濕粒粒，就好想去食辣野。之前唔記得咗睇乜嘢介紹，提及「瘋狂小面」，好啦既然今日係中環，就即管試一試。今日點咗呢碗「瘋狂肥腸面」加牛舌，嗱，我平時食譚仔呢就食中辣嘅，呢碗麵嘅辣度啱啱好，香辣得嚟又唔會太搶，仲有陣陣嘅麻椒味，好似一碗少油嘅麻辣火鍋湯底，個麵好好食，唔知係唔係自己品牌呢，有少少彈牙之餘又唔會太粉，個大腸好好食，唔太多肥膏，肥度適中，而我另加嘅牛舌就係薄切嘅，我覺得個厚度可以索晒啲湯汁，幾好。食物質素就幾好，不過唔知係唔係我去嘅時候冇乜人，所以係完全無service，

今日點咗呢碗「瘋狂肥腸面」加牛舌，嗱，我平時食譚仔呢就食中辣嘅，呢碗麵嘅辣度啱啱好，香辣得嚟又唔會太搶，仲有陣陣嘅麻椒味，好似一碗少油嘅麻辣火鍋湯底，個麵好好食，唔知係唔係自己品牌呢，有少少彈牙之餘又唔會太粉，個大腸好好食，唔太多肥膏，肥度適中，而我另加嘅牛舌就係薄切嘅，我覺得個厚度可以索晒啲湯汁，幾好。
