Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得一試嘅彈牙紅湯麵肥腸必食～～～中環返工有時壓力真係好大，就會想食下辣野，呢間瘋狂小面就係我嘅心水之選。～～佢哋嘅麵可選白湯和紅湯，白湯不辣，紅湯則有 3個辣度，仲有多款小食，飲品等等。～～～🥢面質非常彈牙，湯底辣得惹味，麻麻地，調味好到位，加上滿滿蔥花，解膩非常，難怪多年都係中環人氣餐廳。瘋狂大排面嘅大排骨，非常入味，質地軟爛，一咬就是輕易離骨。而肥腸就洗得非常乾淨，一d脂肪位都冇，但係食落去就有滿滿嘅脂香，份量亦都俾得好大方，值得一試。～～～最後我地嘅甜品就叫咗成都冰粉，非常解辣嘅冰粉裡面有黑白芝麻、花生🥜、糯米、山楂碎等等，食落酸酸甜甜，而且係低甜個種，健康又好食，高質。～～～餐廳名稱：瘋狂小面 (中環)餐廳地址：中環士丹利街66-72號佳德商業大廈1樓

🥢面質非常彈牙，湯底辣得惹味，麻麻地，調味好到位，加上滿滿蔥花，解膩非常，難怪多年都係中環人氣餐廳。瘋狂大排面嘅大排骨，非常入味，質地軟爛，一咬就是輕易離骨。而肥腸就洗得非常乾淨，一d脂肪位都冇，但係食落去就有滿滿嘅脂香，份量亦都俾得好大方，值得一試。
