終於試到大滾友啦，之前成日經過都冇機會試～附近成條街都係食肆，餐廳好近形點，喺西鐵站行過去好快到👍🏻裝修好有中國風，好有feel~我哋揀咗半隻花膠雞湯底，湯底幾香，雞件好滑，令我幾驚喜😍因為平時食嘅雞好容易煮得好柴，但呢度啲雞肉幾嫩滑，有雞味👍🏻花膠都幾厚，煲咗一陣之後食落真係有花膠味，同埋幾淋滑，我都幾鍾意😋😋☁️牛肉拼盤（細）擺盤十分精美，好大一盤牛肉，包括有牛舌、牛板腱、靚肥牛等等，肉質新鮮，食落富有牛香，仲有少見嘅黃喉，好爽口🤩☁️雜菜拼盤份量好足夠！新鮮！好多唔同嘅蔬菜類，例如蕃茄、芋頭、萵筍、金菇、生菜、油麥菜、粟米等等，真係好抵～推介✨☁️ 伊比利亞橡果豬擺盤靚，豚肉片油脂分布平均，食落唔似豬肉，肉味濃，夠嫩滑，烚一烚就食得～☁️ 手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸坊間比較少見嘅肉丸，入面真係有包住一粒鵝肝，食落都幾特別，都值得一試～☁️響鈴拼盤推介～應該係自家製，有一半嘅響鈴係即食嘅，外面包滿鹹蛋黃，炸得好酥脆好好味😋另一半就烚嚟食，食到好香嘅豆香👍🏻叫咗2杯Stella生啤～甜品幾有噱頭，名字叫火焰焦糖豆腐花，睇得又食得😂
