雖然呢度拉麵出名,但吸引我嘅絕對係佢哋嘅活燒蒲燒鰻魚飯!佢哋餐牌寫即叫即燒,所以叫完都等咗差唔多15分鐘倒~黎到鰻魚勁厚肉!燒得都幾焦脆,好香蒲燒嘅香味!食落去肉質好彈牙緊緻,成個飯都充滿住鰻魚魚油嘅香味!!!勁邪惡勁滿足!加埋沾咗少少蒲燒醬汁嘅白飯,鹹鹹甜甜好惹味!個飯配埋芥辣魷魚同麵豉湯比你,本身以為佢想學日本咁整個三食嘅方法~但佢又冇介紹~~所以就唔知了~雖然整體價錢比較貴,但都值得一試嘅Sous Vide Japanese Chicken Breast (2pes)低溫慢煮日本赤雞(2pcs)另外叫咗個雞想try try!薄切加上慢煮一啲都唔鞋!下次可以叫個雞拉麵試下!
