🌟茶碗蒸
有別於其他日本Omakase,茶碗蒸上放滿大大粒三文魚子,十分吸睛!菜鳥亦十分豐富,有花菇銀杏及蟹柳。整體食落行香滑👍🏻

🌟岩手縣大船渡真蠔
好大隻😲,而且唔會有鐵銹味,令平常不食蠔的我都覺得幾好食,更可以加上青檸汁,令蠔肉帶上甘甜味!

🌟時令魚生刺身
師傅為我們準備了間八魚🤤,配上松露酸汁醬,及用上紫蘇花作為裝飾。刺身香甜,亦不會太重口味,感覺清新!

🌟慢煮鮟鱇魚肝
入口即溶,師傅再在上面加上生椒鹽,食落質感及口味有少少似海鮮味的午餐肉👍🏻

🌟熱食汁煮油甘魚
油甘魚用上紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔及秋葵。魚身肉厚飽滿及掛汁🤤,味道濃,食完要飲一啖茶清一清口味!

羽太是其中一款石班科,食落有少少咬口,味道清新😲。石垣鯛上,師傅放上柚子胡椒,辣辣的感覺為壽司帶上更高層次的口味。帆立貝大大隻,而且上面還有竹炭鹽,苦澀的口味及帆立貝的新鮮,撞在一起,味道與別不同😲。清酒煮鮑魚,肉質煙靭及咬口,再加上淡淡清酒味👍🏻。大拖羅,油脂分布均勻,入口即化,一直是我最喜愛的壽司之一😍。左口魚邊,師傅用上火槍快灼,逼出油香🤤。和牛海膽卷,和牛亦用上火槍,海膽的鮮味及和牛的油脂撞在一起,估唔到分夾,而且紫菜十分香脆,記住要快少少食🤤!

自家製芝士雪糕,第一次嘗試的口味,有甜及喊的口味,感覺新穎😲
