尖沙咀有唔少日本餐廳,今日朋友就介紹左我去一間新開係寶勒巷嘅日式居酒屋- akoya 。呢間居酒屋私隱度好高,寧靜又肆正。Menu 入面嘅食物款式幾多又唔算太貴,性價比高。明太子煎蛋卷($78)蛋卷唔會煎得太熟太乾身。入口鬆軟得嚟又有口感,切開入面有好多明太子,咸甜配合,刺激味覺。炭火燒拼盤6串($180)想咩都試下嘅我,串燒拼盤滿足哂我口味,拼盤每串都係雞嘅部份,有鵪鶉蛋、免治雞肉、雞頸、青椒仔、雞翼、雞心。好香口,唔似出面嘅燒烤咁多調味粉。明太子牛油燒飯糰($72)睇落平平無奇嘅飯糰煎過後好香脆,外皮食落有陣陣飯焦香,入面嘅飯就軟糯有口感,入面嘅明太子一啲都唔少,魚香味好重但又唔會腥。海膽汁燒蠔($118)最吸引嘅莫過於呢個鐵板燒蠔,一上台果陣已經熱氣騰騰,香噴噴嘅海膽味令人流哂口水,一入口好軟熟,飽滿嘅配上海膽汁好夾,食完有啲漏。
