燒烤堂 (荃灣)荃灣川龍街118號百悅坊12樓呢間串燒店真係好野!佢哋啲串燒料理包羅萬象,一定可以滿足唔同餐客嘅味蕾。首先,佢哋嘅醬料配搭真係好特別,例如桂花蜜糖本地蕃茄,入味到極致,甜中帶點酸,十分開胃。鹽燒原塊雞皮就酥脆鹹香,又涼爽惹味。焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士就更加優雅,濃郁鵝肝加埋清新果味,冇得話。另一方面,佢哋既煮法都好講究,例如明太子飯團,顆粒飯質口感彈牙,配上清新明太子,十分開心。鹽燒牛舌拖羅呢種名貴食材,竟然咁嫩滑入味,非常厲害。不過,A4宮崎和牛就更上一層樓,肉質極之軟嫩,一吃難忘!另外,佢哋用心做到連蔬菜也能鹹香濃郁,例如鹽燒芥蘭,口感脆嫩又唔會乾澀。鹽燒淮山就連薯仔都切入味,薯皮香脆好好食。
