今日阿女陪我去炮台山探親戚,之後經過英皇道,見到有間冰室,餐牌食物都啱食,就一齊入座食晚餐,大小姐冰室裝修簡潔光猛,格調像高級茶餐廳。豉汁蒸白鱔:白鱔好新鮮,豉汁味道調配得好夠味,白鱔肉質彈牙入味,用嚟送飯一流!薑蔥霸王雞半隻:這道菜的主要材料是雞、葱和薑,雞肉滑口彈牙,配上香口惹味薑蔥和甜豉油很惹味。百花炸釀蟹鉗兩隻:必吃「百花釀蟹拑」有驚喜,蟹鉗即叫即做,金黃色的外層香脆可口,裡面蝦膠鮮味彈牙,蘸上酸甜度恰好的醬汁,味道更提升。茶餐廳都有咁出色的出品,真係要讚!豉椒排骨炒河足料份量多,即叫即炒好有鑊氣,排骨同河粉加上豉椒芡汁好惹味!晚餐小菜奉送餐湯和白飯:老火湯夠火候,味道香甜。鹹檸七:鹹甜交雜,冰涼透心。大小姐紅豆冰:大大杯份量十足,大大粒紅豆爆沙,加上香滑嘅淡奶,味道甜美超冰涼!入嚟之前聽到客人講:餐廳之前食物質素唔係咁好,而家食落覺得唔錯,食物質素同味道都有進步,我食完都覺得食物和味道都有水準。
