Restaurant: Chatterbox Café (AIRSIDE)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近去年啟德嘅Airside試左呢間 Chatterbox Café~招牌雞肉喇沙($128)黎得食星馬菜肯定要試下佢哋嘅喇沙啦🤤佢哋嘅雞肉喇沙真係幾出色👍🏻湯底超級濃，食落好香喇沙獨有嘅香料味，仲要椰香味夠重，配埋嫩滑嘅雞件、吸汁嘅豆卜同彈牙嘅魚片頭，真係幾惹味香炒咖喱大蝦($158)呢個都唔錯🤪大蝦食落夠新鮮彈牙👍🏻加上表面裹左一層炸粉，所以變得好掛汁🤤而佢嘅咖喱比較唔同，食落酸酸甜甜帶點辣，都幾開胃，加上佢份量唔多，食完仲可以食多幾樣野黑醬油炒鮮蝦蘿蔔糕($96)黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕呢個我係第一次試🤣估唔到都唔錯，食落香香甜甜☺️仲幾有蘿蔔香，配上彈牙嘅鮮蝦，真係幾ok
