經過荃灣廣場,發現而間星馬泰餐廳新開張,見到餐廳環境唔錯,坐位舒適,啱哂我同朋友慢慢食傾計。傳統泰北燒黃油春雞$148雞皮塗上蜜糖,有bbq風味,雞肉燒得嫩滑,一切開肉汁流出來,火喉時間掌握得剛剛好,焗到金黃色,好均勻,拌碟有柚子沙律,清甜多汁,配上泰式酸辣汁,香辣惹味,簡直絕配。泰式蟹肉炒飯 $95一上台已經聞到好香,炒飯粒粒分明,唔會覺得好油膩,好有穫氣,啖啖蛋絲、蟹肉、蟹籽,十分足料,看似平凡的炒飯,竟然有驚喜,好高質。大蝦冬陰公湯 $98味道香濃,微辣椰奶味香,有兩隻大蝦,肉質爽口彈牙,配料有蕃茄仔、草菇,如果可以增加酸味,就更完美。泰式青木瓜沙律 $70青木瓜絲切得幼細,口感爽脆,唔會有青草味,加上魚露青檸汁,味道酸辣,好入味,一道開胃又健康的前菜。絕代雙莓(草莓+藍莓) $40顏色鮮豔兩樣混合一齊味道好夾,飲得出用新鮮水果榨汁,味酸酸甜,飲到草莓籽,令飲品增加咬口。
