上星期四晚,下班後到附近灣仔的小街找東西吃。見到有間餐廳裏面坐滿了人,所以就排隊入去試一下。餐廳環境不錯,有點情調,服務員態度友善,而且有禮貌。餐牌有很多不款式的食物,而且有一些都很特別,價錢也不貴。我們叫了以下食物,總括來說都非常好吃。生薑檸檬吞拿魚 $138- 吞拿魚有煙燻過的香味,吞拿魚的肉很鮮甜,加上有少少酸酸地的生薑靑檬汁同加上好似加了蜜糖的檸檬汁,甜甜酸酸的,非常之醒胃,好正。法國鵝肝配美國牛扒沙律$155-想不到這個沙律真的非常多料,而且好吃。首先要說說鵝肝非常肥美,而且鵝肝味濃郁和香滑又不油膩。把它放在已焗了的麵包上一起吃,真的非常可口。而且麵包也非常有𡁻口,而且外面是脆脆的。牛扒好像是用了炭火燒的,因為有炭燒的香味。牛肉又有牛肉味又Juicy。沙律也非常新鮮,而且有好多種不同的蔬菜。餐酒$68(happy hour)-紅酒不錯。帕爾瑪火腿蕎麥餅$98-不多餐廳有蕎麥餅,而且這餅造得雖然薄,但鬆軟,加上它是同蛋一起煎,蛋剛剛熟地掛在餅上,和帕爾火腿一起吃,味道不錯。真的幾特別。燒黑毛豬肉配紅酒燒汁$188-黑毛豬外面燒得脆脆的,很香,肉質嫩同爽口。加上燒汁,好好味。薯蓉
