今次黎試高檔中菜館 @artofcanton 裝修都幾豪華,環境都好闊落 👍🏻🌼西班牙栗子豬焦香叉燒好香叉燒味,夠juicy,唔會燒到乾爭爭🌼酒溜花膠蟹肉蛋白酒味我就唔係好食到,不過用真蟹肉整,夠晒誠意! (因為我食到蟹殼 😂) 蛋白好滑,同蟹肉&花膠好夾!花膠煮到有咬口~🌼豆乳鮮竹浸翡翠豆乳味好香濃,令到好簡單既菜都變得好好味 😋🌼XO醬蝦仁野菌煎米將個米粉煮完再煎脆,外脆內軟,配埋個XO醬蝦仁野菌,好好味!🌼桂花烏龍茶入座問我地要咩茶,聽到出面好少中菜館有得揀既桂花烏龍,即管試試佢 🙂 烏龍茶有淡淡桂花香~ 的確係唔錯既茶葉 👍🏻🌼前菜:牛蒡條醃咗嘅牛蒡條整得好好味,做前菜的確夠晒開胃 😝買單$1000~ 不能說是便宜之選味道很不錯,海港城的餐廳大部分都是這種價錢~可以接受~

好香叉燒味,夠juicy,唔會燒到乾爭爭

🌼酒溜花膠蟹肉蛋白
酒味我就唔係好食到,不過用真蟹肉整,夠晒誠意! (因為我食到蟹殼 😂) 蛋白好滑,同蟹肉&花膠好夾!

🌼豆乳鮮竹浸翡翠
豆乳味好香濃,令到好簡單既菜都變得好好味 😋

🌼XO醬蝦仁野菌煎米
將個米粉煮完再煎脆,外脆內軟,配埋個XO醬蝦仁野菌,好好味!

🌼桂花烏龍茶
入座問我地要咩茶,聽到出面好少中菜館有得揀既桂花烏龍,即管試試佢 🙂 烏龍茶有淡淡桂花香~ 的確係唔錯既茶葉 👍🏻
