Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前為慶祝父親節,一家六口到大班樓。確實係不錯的粵菜,特別係雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉,濃濃的花雕酒味,另個汁也十分好味,佢會另上一碗汁再比你點蟹肉。陳村粉質感也不錯。之後上煙燻乳鴿,亦有濃濃的煙燻味,味道不錯。當晚帶了一位三歲小朋友,侍應待人有禮,亦會主動撩小朋友傾計,也會主動向我哋介紹各款食物特色。另外,餐廳環境方面,十分優雅,感覺好乾淨,給人一種好舒服的感覺。當晚我哋去的時候,係星期二晚上,計晒兩層,都算多人,但仍然都唔覺得聲音好嘈雜。總括來講,雖然價錢不平,但值得一試。
