大埔直街呢邊都幾多好嘢食，今次有機會試呢間打邊爐，食物質素非常之高！推介！湯底我哋試咗花膠雞湯底。個湯底一啲味精都冇，真材實料鮮雞熬製，鮮雞味極濃！淨飲湯都覺得抵返晒，好似飲緊特濃雞精咁。花膠嘅數量同埋質素係我食過咁多間打邊爐最高嘅！有好多片大大肥厚花膠，不過啲花膠要煮時間長啲個質感先正！隻雞肉質都幾鮮嫩，幾重鮮雞味，唔係啲雪藏雞。像果豬肉片肉味鮮香，肉質鮮嫩，肥瘦適中。牛肉拼盤幾好，可以食好多款唔同嘅牛，裏面每一款牛都好新鮮，食得出係有質素嘅牛👍🏻👍🏻不得不提嘅係呢度嘅員工服務態度幾好，佢哋會好主動咁幫你加湯！
