雖則本食肉獸向來無肉不歡,嚮譽多年的裕記燒鵝卻是從未蹈足,是次有幸一嚐名物是也。燒鵝皮堅脆,肉厚而多汁,邊吃肉汁邊從嘴角流下來,豐腴滿溢,千萬千萬不要加甚麼酸梅醬,以免影響鵝肉的鮮美!燒鵝之外還要了酸菜炒鵝什和浸豆苗。咸酸菜炒鵝什乃上乘之品,鵝什的香油滲入咸酸菜,下酒一絕也!至於蒜子上湯豆苗,自是吃過那麼多肉食之後用來清腸胃的,少些油份會更好……確實是值得一試的燒鵝!
