To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完全沒有計劃食什麼晚餐,爸爸突然話想食 雞煲,就隨便揀了地方不大,有大概十張枱,不知要不要book 位,反正walk in 就有位了,但到8:00左右,全塲都滿座,星期二又不是假期,算是多人。四個人,點了胡椒豬肚雞鍋,全隻雞$208, 但建議四個人其實半隻都夠, 雞很滑,足料,豬肚數量不少,又爽口。鮮淮山,新鮮爽口,個人不喜歡煮太耐,爽爽的就很好吃。$35手打四寶丸,美味彈牙, 比較喜歡吃蝦丸及墨魚丸, 每粒都不是太大粒,一口就食了,其實幾好,$56安格斯肥牛,大,$228。嫩滑,有油香, 厚薄適中,無渣,本人推介黑豚豬腩片$58。一試無妨。另外還點了一碟冬瓜片,$28,新鮮爽甜,沒有發黃出水。自己可以自攜火鍋配料,每款收大約30蚊, 如果屋企有啲火鍋配料自己好想食,而呢度無嘅,都可以自攜~有啤酒,不同的支裝飲品、罐裝飲品,選擇都多,大約有十幾款。餐廳另外有其他嘅煎炒小食,不過由於專心打邊爐,所以沒有試。四個人,埋單$7××,即是平均每人不需要$200。
