To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox位於尖沙咀K11 MUSEA嘅Chatterbox, 次次經過都見到有人排隊，聽食過嘅朋友講，所以早幾日知道今日會過嚟行街，所以一早book定枱。文華海南雞飯 $138見到差唔多枱枱都有叫, 一定係餐廳既signature聽講係文華前大廚既招牌菜, 雞肉非常嫩滑，平時唔食雞皮嘅我, 今次到破例食哂d 雞皮😋另外我最欣賞嘅係個油飯, 唔會太油，但入口非常香, 食到想加飯星州海鮮炒貴刁 $128上面配上兩隻大大嘅虎蝦同埋新鮮大粒彈牙嘅帶子, 入面仲有唔少嘅魷魚, 整個炒貴刁都很不錯！蒜茸炒生菜 $56講真，純粹想食多啲菜而嗌多碟炒生菜，睇相諗住細細碟，不抱任何期望。點知上菜係好大碟, 由頭食到尾, 50幾蚊有咁大碟，又好味嘅炒生菜，都算幾抵食。濃香咖喱醬炒琵琶龍蝦 $178見到都係推介菜式，又有龍蝦食，所以叫一碟嚟試吓。 大廚將啖啖肉嘅龍蝦切到一嚿嚿，炸咗再配上香濃嘅咖喱醬，感覺非常新鮮，又惹味！
