To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天有外地朋友到港旅遊, 特地帶她們到銅鑼灣逛街, 之後訂了這個特色菜館晚飯這家菜館我每次來吃飯都會想拍照, 因為內部的裝潢好有feel,  朋友們見到都儘情打卡, 未吃先興奮了!我們一行6人, 所以可以叫多一點, 太高興了!首先來2個經典冷盤 : 脆皮素鵝及四喜烤麩, 這2個前菜是我們的至愛, 到那家上海菜館都是必選的啊, 不得不說這裡的味道可是我們最喜歡的再來也是我們的至愛就是咸香明蝦球, 大大隻蝦球被咸蛋黃包著, 爽口彈牙的蝦肉入口帶著濃濃蛋黃香味, 層次豐滿, 極滿足!之後還有賽螃蟹、鱔糊、雲吞雞、酸辣湯、火腿津白、上海粗炒等等最後當然是要吃甜品才算完美一餐吧!我們點了一個香蕉高力豆沙和一個擂沙湯丸, 這個甜品也值得一讚, 不會太甜, 剛剛好, 正好中和了之前的濃味, 完滿了整個晚上!朋友都說要記住這餐館, 下次來香港一定要再吃啊!

朋友都說要記住這餐館, 下次來香港一定要再吃啊!
