To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家菜館我每次來吃飯都會想拍照, 因為內部的裝潢好有feel, 朋友們見到都儘情打卡, 未吃先興奮了!
我們一行6人, 所以可以叫多一點, 太高興了!
首先來2個經典冷盤 : 脆皮素鵝及四喜烤麩, 這2個前菜是我們的至愛, 到那家上海菜館都是必選的啊, 不得不說這裡的味道可是我們最喜歡的
再來也是我們的至愛就是咸香明蝦球, 大大隻蝦球被咸蛋黃包著, 爽口彈牙的蝦肉入口帶著濃濃蛋黃香味, 層次豐滿, 極滿足!
之後還有賽螃蟹、鱔糊、雲吞雞、酸辣湯、火腿津白、上海粗炒等等
最後當然是要吃甜品才算完美一餐吧!
我們點了一個香蕉高力豆沙和一個擂沙湯丸, 這個甜品也值得一讚, 不會太甜, 剛剛好, 正好中和了之前的濃味, 完滿了整個晚上!
朋友都說要記住這餐館, 下次來香港一定要再吃啊!
- 大閘蟹
Speaking of the sauce, it was the star of the dish. The crab roe sauce was velvety smooth and packed with a luscious umami flavor. The richness of the crab roe was well-balanced, and it coated the noodles beautifully, ensuring that every bite was flavorful. The sauce had a subtle sweetness that paired wonderfully with the briny notes of the crab roe.
The second thing that caught my attention was the presentation of the crab. The crab was served whole, showcasing its vibrant orange shell and delicate legs. The anticipation grew as I eagerly cracked open the shell to reveal the succulent and juicy crab meat within.
The meat of the hairy crab was incredibly tender and sweet. Each bite was a burst of rich and briny flavors that delighted the palate. The meat had a unique texture that was both tender and slightly fibrous, adding a pleasant chewiness to the overall experience.
If you have the opportunity to try steamed hairy crab during the hairy crab season, I highly recommend savoring this prized delicacy.
My family and I ordered an eight-course hairy crab set meal. When eating the second dish, we found that there was a finger-sized cockroach in the dish. We had never imagined that the food quality and hygiene of this high-end restaurant would have such a serious problem, which was unacceptable.
We hope that other customers will pay attention to similar problem when they go to the restaurant for meals. We also hope that the restaurant owner could handle the issue seriously and improve the food hygiene in the future.

菜單上有許多精緻的菜式,我們點了幾道招牌菜品。首先是上湯時蔬,這道菜色彩鮮豔,蔬菜保持了自然的鮮嫩,入口爽脆。上湯的味道鮮美而清淡,讓蔬菜的原味得以突顯,是一道健康又美味的選擇。
黃金脆豆腐外皮炸得酥脆,豆腐內部保持著綿軟的質感,入口即化,仲配有脆脆紫菜👍🏻
賽螃蟹口感柔滑細膩,具有特殊蛋白質風味,適合喜歡蟹肉口感的人品嚐。
餐廳的菜單中有許多精緻的上海菜選擇,小食我們點了黃金脆豆腐。這道菜以鮮嫩的豆腐裹上金黃的外衣,炸至酥脆。每一口都帶著脆脆的口感,搭配豆腐的滑嫩和微妙的調味,口感不錯
另外亦叫了野菌炒牛肉,這道菜以嫩滑的牛肉和新鮮的野菌炒製而成。牛肉保持了嫩軟的口感,而野菌的香氣則為菜品增添了豐富的層次感。
除了這些,我們亦叫了賽螃蟹,真的很久沒吃過了!螃蟹蛋白炒得嫩滑,一點也不會老,好吃
總體而言,是次用餐愉快,服務員態度亦友善,沒有傳聞中的差,會推薦朋友
比起西餐 屋企人更加鐘意食中餐,所以適逢大閘蟹季 就帶咗屋企人嚟呢間上海菜餐廳食大閘蟹!🤣
🌟 清蒸大閘蟹
是日嘅主角當然係大閘蟹,餐廳採用清蒸的方式烹調。蒸煮後的大閘蟹肉質鮮嫩多汁,保留了蟹肉的原汁原味,同時展現出豐富的蟹膏。每一口蟹肉都帶著鮮甜的滋味,與蟹膏的豐潤相輔相成,令人回味無窮👍🏻。
🌟 蟹粉小籠包
餐廳主打的上海菜所以我地一開始都叫咗個蟹粉小籠包,小籠包薄皮包裹豐富蟹粉餡料,每口充滿濃郁蟹肉香氣。手工製作精緻,一咬即爆汁,必叫🤩
🌟 蟹粉蝦仁豆腐
除了呢兩道招牌菜,我地都叫咗個蟹粉蝦仁豆腐~ 呢道菜結合了蟹粉、鮮嫩的蝦仁和滑嫩的豆腐,味道豐富多樣,口感獨特。
另有我地都見到有大閘蟹套餐十分抵食,可以一試😚
吃上海菜大家都不約而同說要吃小籠包,蟹粉小籠包是豫園的招牌菜之一,每一個小籠包都以薄如紙的皮包裹著豐富的蟹粉餡料。咬下去時,皮薄餡多,蟹粉的鮮美味道彷彿在口中綻放,絕對是上海菜愛好者必點的美味。
而一籠點心大滿足則包含了蟹籽燒賣皇、筍尖蝦餃皇、叉燒包、黃金流沙包和上海鍋貼等多種經典點心。每一款點心都經過精心製作,皮薄餡嫩,口感豐富,帶來一口接一口的美味享受。蟹籽燒賣皇和筍尖蝦餃皇鮮嫩多汁,叉燒包的肉質鮮美,黃金流沙包內部的流沙餡香甜醇厚,而上海鍋貼的酥脆外皮和豐富的餡料更是令人難以抗拒。
是次體驗不錯,下次有機會會和家人再來一試。
這間位於銅鑼灣的上海菜館,這間上海菜館位於登龍街 V Point,很時尚的商業大廈,然而想到去這間上海菜館,感覺就有點格格不入🫢
挺傳統的裝修,最大的賣點應該是有漂亮的維港海景吧,大廈外牆的玻璃反光挺嚴重的,破壞了美麗的夜景,可能下午來會比較漂亮呢~
點菜了…… 菜牌很簡單,就只有兩頁,都是一些比較簡單的菜色,很多想吃的上海菜,例如松鼠魚、鱔糊等等都沒有,感覺有點失望😉
最後點了砂鍋雲吞雞、糖醋魚塊、奶油津白、鴨舌、海哲、酒釀丸子及上海粗炒等等。
三個人吃埋單大約一千元,今次的優惠比較大,花一千元可作五百元用,所以很抵吃。但是如果沒有優惠的話,就應該不會來了因為菜式實在太普通,在街邊的上海舖都可以吃得到,值得一提既係服務員很有禮貌😌
沒有酒,人也自醉。朋友係英國返左香港,當然book 餐廳食中菜。本身就好鐘意食小籠包既我,當然係私心地揀左上海餐館🤣🤣🤣
我見到地點係銅鑼灣👍🏼👍🏼而且環境仲古色古香,所以就book 呢間餐廳😄去到餐廳係有古香,因為除左有老伙記既親切,餐廳係有D舊,但比左個海景位,雖然唔知有霧定玻璃原故,其實唔係好睇到;不過向海位,已經令人心花怒放😍😍😍真容易滿足🤣🤣🤣

(3)素鵝(個樣好熱氣,不討好,(見圖)但又脆脆地,熱氣又好想食咁,心情複雜🤣🤣🤣)

(5)雞絲粉皮(明明相有好多雞絲;應該我朋友食哂D雞絲,我食粉皮🤣🤣🤣定係粉皮多?🤣🤣🤣)

(7)豆沙鍋餅(有陳皮味定咩味?怪怪地,我又繼續食,紅豆蓉👍🏼)
(8)酒釀丸子(本身我鐘意食,偏心地喜歡💕再加上用古式器皿盛載,咁靚,好開心😃)
後記:希望可以印新menu , 因為太殘舊🤦🏻♀️餐廳廁所亦可以番新一下。
