Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 岩岩16號朋友A小姐生日,一行4人話就大家收工,於是就去左尖咀等,陪A小姐係美麗華睇完衫就行下行下去左諾士佛臺附近,見到「一遊」,A小姐話唔想再行就入左去食啦!無BOOK之下都係等左半個鐘就入得,算係咁啦!見OPEN RICE D人都係叫串燒,我地就叫左幾串串燒,嘩!串燒牛脷好好食,夠晒JUICY,燒粟米都好甜,之後叫左個雞軟骨,咸咸地﹑脆脆地咁,不錯不錯!值得一讚係個日式餃子,金黃脆底,平日食既好多都一食就散開,但係呢個絕對無!!!味道一流!!而且隻隻都好大隻,個皮軟硬適中,仲好彈牙TIM!
