To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗尖沙咀嘅一間居酒屋嗰度食嘢,呢間已經喺尖沙咀諾士佛諾士臺位置開咗好多年,主打唔同嘅日本料理同配酒小菜。除咗叫咗嘢食之外,仲揀咗支佢哋自家製嘅sake--神龍《純米大吟釀》嚟飲吓,估唔到支酒都幾有驚喜,用泉水製成特別清甜,米味醇香,後勁唔會太辣,相信唔係太飲酒嘅人都接受到!白生魚刺身肥美飽滿的生魚片完全沒有任何腥味。濃郁的鰹魚味,配合清新的海帶,為這道刺身增添了豐富的口感層次。炸芝士海膽卷外層金黃酥脆的炸麵衣,包裹住濃郁細膩的海膽和芝士餡料。口感層次豐富,軟滑綿密的內餡和酥脆的皮形成美妙對比,入口即化。作為居酒屋都點咗少少串燒嚟食吓😋串燒系列豚肉蕃茄卷 - 鮮嫩多汁的豬肉,帶有些許煙燻香,清新爽口。明太子雞肉卷 - 鮮嫩爽滑的雞肉,與濃郁鹹香的明太子醬完美搭配。免治雞肉棒 - 細緻綿密的雞肉,加上軟骨增強口感,嫩多汁。大蔥雞肉串 - 肥嫩多汁的雞肉塊,與清新爽口的蔥香完美融合。汁燒牛舌 - 外香內軟, 火喉控制剛好, 不會過老。燒羊架 - 肉嫩多汁, 味道香濃, 燒到恰到好處, 不錯。石鍋泡菜炒飯加入肥瘦均勻的豬肉絲和酸甜的泡菜,營造出層次豐富的滋味。泡菜的酸甜恰到好處,不會過於刺激。香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉壽司卷新鮮的吞拿魚腩肉搭配香氣馥郁的蔥段,鮮嫩滑順,清新脫俗。蔥香為整道菜增添了層次感,令人食得一卷接一卷。我同朋友都好滿意佢哋每道菜嘅設計,配搭非常用心有創意,係同外間食到嘅居酒屋唔一樣,唔會感覺千篇一律,傳統料理下總有一啲小驚喜,而且師傅手法熟練,每道食材都好妥善運用,係近期食過好推介嘅一間居酒屋👍👍👍

凍蕃茄,微辣凍食,配上蔥花,食落新鮮爽甜。海鮮沙律, 材料有寒天,赤蝦,雜錦魚生,用自家製酸甜汁,食落酸酸甜甜,係最佳前菜沙律。吞拿魚刺身,柚子醬可將吞拿魚鮮味提升,配有白海草和海帶,食落鮮味甜酸,可增加食慾。芝士厚玉子, 服務員切開時芝士即時流出! 配有蘿蔔蓉加豉油,更能襯托芝士玉子獨特風味。串燒方面,由於牛舌脂肪較高,要趁熱食, 牛舌味道香濃,正呀!雞肉配京蔥, 雞肉肉質嫩又香口; 燒豬肉肥瘦適中,肉質細緻,蘆筍爽脆,好好味;新鮮海鰻肉質彈牙爽口,單骨雞翼亦燒得好出色,烤香味濃。特上壽司十貫, 質素非常之高,有中吞拿魚腩、真鯛、吞拿魚、伊佐木魚、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、墨魚、帆立貝、海膽軍艦、蔥吞拿魚蓉軍艦。餐廳挑選當日市場最新鮮食材,壽司固然新鮮。柚子豚肉石頭湯,一直keep住熱辣辣,配料甚多,有雞蛋,豆腐,豬肉,雜菌,娃娃菜, 難怪湯底清甜不膩。海膽炒飯炒得乾身,多料之外更有海膽堆係面,唔錯唔錯。最後要讚讚:服務、環境同氣氛都一流!

星期一同幾個朋友喺尖沙咀行Mira Place,有朋友話想食日本嘢,於是順便喺附近早啲食個晚飯~一行入去餐廳已經覺得好似回到日本咁,啲佈置同氛圍好有日式感覺。店員亦都幾有笑容幾helpful八爪魚沙律八爪魚沙律配上廚師嘅秘製醬料同埋上面嘅果肉,酸酸甜甜咁,捲埋一齊黎食好清新揚海苔芝士海膽卷個卷炸到好脆身,芝士同海膽出奇地夾,點埋綠茶海鹽黎食,完全唔膩。蟹肉忌廉蟹肉忌廉炸得好靚,配上蛋黃醬真係啱啱好,食到我地唔停口刺身盛合五點個刺身併盤淨係賣相都已經係打卡一流👍🏻個併盤入面有吞拿魚腩,金木雕,鮑魚,油甘魚、牡丹蝦,好豐富。比較出色嘅係吞拿魚腩,佢好肥美,入口即溶;金木雕口感非常滑溜,魚肉亦好細嫩。我最愛嘅係鮑魚,鮮甜爽口,食落好煙嚼,真係一試難忘串燒碟串燒有免治雞肉串、豚肉蘆筍串、豚肉蕃茄串、牛舌、燒活鰻。我個人最鍾意豚肉蕃茄串,酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄配左豚肉,味道好唔同得黎又有層次。牛舌串亦好唔錯,口感好彈牙又有燒烤陣香味。海膽蟹肉牛油果卷海膽好鮮甜,同下面嫩滑蟹肉好match,而入面嘅牛油果同牛蒡亦都令成件事好輕盈鮮帶子牛油燒帶子好新鮮而且多汁,配搭埋牛油入口即溶,唔錯唔錯合鴨湯烏冬鴨胸肉厚薄度啱啱好,烏冬好彈牙。另外碗烏冬仲有好多菜、菇同蘿蔔,個湯濃郁而且亦好暖胃巨峰乳酸梳打、蜜桃梳打(凍)蜜桃同巨峰提子都好香甜,混合梳打一齊飲好清爽。陳年柑桔蜜(熱)朋友喉嚨唔舒服叫左呢杯野飲,蜜糖嘅甜配上柑橘嘅淡淡酸味,佢話飲完喉嚨好舒暢,覺得暖笠笠。新鮮生果茶(熱)杯水果茶好大壺好足料,入邊仲有幾片水果,飲完個茶覺得暖胃又提神。

每年朋友生日,都習慣外出慶祝,今次叫番枝sake先,多謝職員推介神龍純米大吟釀,長期低溫發酵超級容易入口,酒精濃度有16.8度,味道較甜,果香味香容易口,🔅天婦羅白子:白子口感未必人人都岩,不過炸後既子視覺上容易入口,外脆內軟,咬後口感滑身,就算唔點醬汁都好好食。🔅香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉壽司卷:吞拿魚腩肉好新鮮,搭上少許蔥段味道清新,細細件容易入口。🔅刺身沙律:醬汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃,赤蝦算大隻同刺身份量算多,車厘茄好甜。🔅魷魚軟骨:咬落爽口,一啲都韌。🔅豚肉車厘茄串:豚肉鮮嫩多汁,燒後有少少煙燻香,配上清甜既車厘茄,刻時減低左油膩感。🔅雞肉京蔥串:雞肉嫩滑,京蔥爽口,兩者完美既融合。🔅牛舌:牛舌屬厚片,本以為會好韌,但出奇地入口口感爽滑,牛舌燒得岩岩好,師傅控制火喉錯。🔅鹽燒活鰻:口感札實,肉質嫩口,外層香脆,加上鰻魚醬汁一同入口,滋味無窮。🔅鴨胸肉湯蕎麥麵:鴨胸肉軟淋,湯蕎麥麵質彈牙。總結,係諾士佛臺黎講價錢唔算貴,食物有質,職員招呼有禮。
