幫細佬慶祝生日,想食日本料理,揀了這家在旺角鬧市2樓的餐廳,裝飾是典型的日本風格。店員熱情地招呼我們坐在窗邊的位置,很舒適,而且看到街景,隨即奉上熱茶,介紹當天新鮮貨食。我們都是大食之人,點了5個菜,心想食完再點。1.黑松露三文魚沙律,黑松露和三文魚的味道出奇地配,松露的香和魚的肥美撞出奇特的味道,超讚👍2.燒牛舌,帶有稍稍焦香的厚牛舌片,越嚼越有味,從此愛上這道菜。😋3.魚生飯,滿滿一碗鋪上厚厚角切魚生的珍珠米飯,醋香和各種魚🐠肉鮮香混在一起,加上芥末,秋風掃落葉式被解決了。🤣4.燒三文魚頭,好大一個魚🐠頭,表面金黃,內裡白白胖胖嫩嫩,灑上檸檬汁,蘸著羅蔔蓉醬油,鮮美非凡,超多肉,超享受。😍5.豚骨湯烏冬,一大鍋濃湯 ,配上香蔥香菇的烏冬,食得又飽又滿足。😀豐富又滿意的一餐,才三百多元,值得再三推薦。👍👍👍
