上課之前奔馳去吃晚餐太早了所以只有2枱, 一邊吃一邊傾, 原來很多客人陸續上來此店吃, 若不是找openrice,   根本不知有這樓上店環境舒服, 不大迫我們點了必吃的壽喜鍋, 我們選了牛肉, 因為我們不吃生食, 經理細心地替我們煮那肉熟一點, 但也是淋, 質量好, 加上超甜的黃芽白, 紅蘿蔔, 冬菇, 豆腐, 我們吃了很多件牛肉, 足料, 估用了日本菜才可那麼清甜再來是日本餐必點的鰻魚壽司, 非常肥美, 加上鰻魚汁, 我覺得每人應點四件, 我們點了一碟, 可惜不夠時間再點了再來是天婦羅, 今次選了雜錦, 喜出望外的是有青椒, 另外有南瓜, 矮瓜,, 加上是小小的炸蝦, 因為廚師的跪漿薄, 功夫好, 所以這菜色是我今餐最愛的最後來一客日式炒野菜, 太大碟了, 吃不完, 有椰菜, 冬菇絲,蘿蔔絲, 不太油膩有點笑自己, 今餐幾健康, 只有少量飯, 其他也是菜, 肉, 份量剛剛好已和同學約定下次再試多些壽司, 今天超趕喇我們還點了芝士炸蠔卷,. 脆脆的, 有點少少溶身的芝士, 加上蟹子和沙拉醬, 是一個絕配其實我仲想試牛油果卷, 加州卷, 牛舌串, 油甘魚鮫, 下次再來吧價錢超值所以我們都滿意,繼續支持香港消費值得一提是職員推薦火灸薄燒A5和牛壽司, 可惜我不吃生食 continue reading

之前同同事食過lunch set, 覺得選擇好多壽司同刺身新鮮,同埋裝修充滿日式居酒屋氣氛,所以夜晚來chill下。食物選擇多,一般壽司、刺身、日本和食都有很多款選擇,而且舖頭有很多優惠推廣可以選擇。時間尚早,店員安排可以望到兆萬中心嘅卡位座,環境舒適。 食物選擇了多款壽司,包括:店員推介的和牛壽司、三文魚腩、左口魚邊、帶子壽司、炸天婦羅蝦壽司等等,壽司一如以往好厚切新鮮好食,特別係A5 和牛壽司好香油脂味。串燒叫左燒牛脷,燒得香口惹味,另加牛肉壽喜燒貪佢可以食多啲蔬菜🥬!滿足的一餐總結而言,喺旺角唔想食放題,呢間日本餐廳都係一個好的選擇。 continue reading

上次黎到附近發現原來有間樓上嘅日式料理原來都有好多嘢食🫣壽司刺身,咖喱,壽喜燒等等-清酒牛油煮蜆 $68好多隻蜆無沙而且都算幾大隻👍🏻就算煮完酒味都唔會太濃-牛肉壽喜鍋 $62甜甜嘅湯底,仲有生雞蛋🤤金菇豆腐娃娃菜芋絲等等-鹽燒厚切牛舌串(1串) $38厚切食落口感豐富而且鹽燒最保留到牛本身嘅味道-海膽軍艦 $44超多海膽😍😍😍鮮甜帶少少海水味好新鮮!-室津生蠔 $78好大隻嘅生蠔!🦪有成隻手指咁長添呀!~上面有少少辣醬,加埋啲檸檬汁冇咁腥中和返海水味超級肥美🤤🤤🤤現燒火炙薄燒A5和牛壽司 $78鍾意食牛嘅朋友仔真係可以試下!油脂入口融化,十分香,雪花紋好靚!依家午市都有幾款定食套餐優惠晚市好多刺身都減價,啤酒清酒都買一送一!同朋友收工食飯黎傾下計飲酒都唔錯🍻 continue reading

今日約左舊同事聚舊,佢約我嚟呢間大山日本料理。一入到嚟環境成個日本居酒屋咁,好有feel!火炙薄燒A5和牛壽司,朋友點比我食,和牛大過成隻手掌,真係誇張又吸睛,食落滿滿油脂同和牛肉香,嫩嫩好味!蜂蜜芥末炸雞蜂蜜芥末唔會太辣調味啱啱好,特別開胃,炸雞夠曬脆,入面嘅雞肉又夠嫩。牛肉壽喜鍋:同事好鐘意食壽喜燒,呢到嘅湯底唔太濃或者太甜。牛肉片份量都唔少,配料有菜,雞蛋,腐同粉條,吸引湯汁好滋味!鰻魚炒飯個飯炒到夠晒香, 粒粒飯粒,鰻魚粒夠足料,落足本,加埋惹味鰻魚汁,好食。炸雞軟骨我真係好鐘意食雞軟骨,細細粒又有咬口,外皮炸得夠香,正!明太子雞翼雞翼入面嘅餡料係滿滿嘅明太子,雞翼夠嫩,明太子嘅香味令雞翼味道更加豐富。大阪燒大阪燒底部煎得夠香脆,上面嘅醬汁永遠都係咁令人鍾意,加埋木魚絲,完美組合。 continue reading
