To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次去過一次La Serre覺得環境幾舒服，而且重點係可以帶埋小毛孩一齊去餐廳放鬆下。帶小毛孩當然要坐室外。當日點左兩個Brunch,一個和招牌早餐和香蕉朱古力窩夫，share黎食。（$158）招牌早餐裡面有大啡菇、煙肉、香腸、金門火腿、炒蛋、蕃茄等，份量都幾多，大啡菇香濃多汁，而炸著蓉做得相當出色。香蕉朱古力窩夫（$88），窩夫上有大量朱古力醬，還有藍莓、士多啤梨、紅桑梅和香蕉，飽肚感十足。Brunch會送咖啡式茶，如果想飲其他就加錢轉款。我地點左一杯凍美式咖啡和另外加$25轉左杯凍朱古力，和小毛孩過一個優閒的下午。
