吃過好味的日本菜真的會上癮!這次與友人來到位於銅鑼灣的鳥居居酒屋,居酒屋主打當然是日式燒物,是我們的最愛!步入餐廳,發現燈光比較昏暗,裝修很有日本居酒屋的情調,下班後和朋友來這裡聚聚,似乎也不錯。餐單上的菜式選項很豐富,燒物、刺身、前菜、沙律、串燒、甜品都一應俱全。我和朋友目標一致,這晚決定主攻海鮮和肉類燒物,另外也點了一客店員推介的象拔蚌刺身。先來一客和風蒜子蕃茄沙律,來清一清往後瘋狂吃肉的罪惡感。原個去皮紅噹噹的蕃茄,伴以沙律菜和柚子醋,用料新鮮,味道十分清新開胃。然後我們嚐北海道象拔蚌刺身,實在有非筆墨能形容的好吃感!白玉色的象拔蚌帶有新鮮的光澤感,咬下去感受蚌肉的水潤感,爽口而又有少許軟腍。象拔蚌大確被切成十塊,足夠我們二人分著吃,當然大家也不夠喉,因為好味極了。來到居酒屋當然要把酒,我倆都不約而同選了白桃果味汽酒,含酒量不高,甜甜的,有點喝白桃梳打的感覺,很適合酒量一般的女生喝。我和朋友都是愛吃玉子燒之人,這次點了明太子玉子燒,很驚喜明太子佔的比例也太大份吧!聞著濃濃的蛋香味,我們立即趁熱吃,入口感受香滑柔軟感,明太子味道濃郁,與玉子一同溶在我們口中,令我們深深著迷!友人點的

甜品方面的柚子雪葩和蕃薯雪葩都各有特色,想吃清新一點的可選柚子雪葩,想吃甜一點的要選蕃薯雪葩,兩個都很好吃!
