食呢一餐已經係大半年前既事黎啦!但係心中既記憶仍然好高一入到餐廳,被安排坐於窗邊既位置!望住海景食LUNCH,心情真係比較輕鬆愉快!餐廳有分三道菜及四道菜,而我地今日點左四道菜呢!點餐後,麵包籃好快就送到檯上,款式有兩款︰牛角包及法包。兩款包都係帶有微暖感覺,牛角包既牛油味亦因為加熱後而提升。個人非常推薦此牛角包呢!前菜 - Carabinero red prawn with mix citrus fruits reduced orange sauce basil sorbet :蝦肉配橙粒及西柚粒食落好有清新感覺湯- 青豆帶子湯由一個茶壺盛上,再係客人面前倒入碗中。青豆味濃,有少少青豆蓉,帶子亦都煎得岩岩好!主菜1- Pan seared Amadai fish, with fennel salad, lobster cappuccino魚鱗被煎得香脆而魚肉嫩滑,讚!主菜2- Pan seared Tajima wagyu inside skirt 8-9 steak with bones marrow and season vegetable煎牛排及牛骨髓,牛排過熟了,有點浪費的感
