呀妹本身超鍾意食豚肉草莓卷!今次一嚐豚肉荔枝卷,估唔到係完全截然不同嘅感覺。鹹香嘅豚肉包住清甜多汁嘅荔枝,果香突岀之餘不失油香,幾清新喎~

見到提燈呢個刁鑽部位又點可以唔試下!提燈由母雞嘅輸卵管同未成熟未有蛋殼嘅蛋黃組成。串燒帶焦香嘅同時,蛋黃保持同半熟嘅狀態,肉質有咬口,唔講係輸卵管其實都食唔岀

牛胸爽打邊爐就食得多,碌一碌口感好爽脆。燒完之後成個口感唔同左,好似一塊炸左嘅肥膏,油香十足~
