To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚的晚餐簡直是一場味覺的盛宴,每一道菜都讓人印象深刻。首先是老壇酸菜江團魚烤魚,一上桌,酸菜的香氣就撲面而來,瞬間勾起食欲。江團魚的肉質細嫩,外皮烤得微微焦脆,咬下去卻依然鮮嫩多汁。酸菜的酸爽恰到好處,既不會過於搶戲,又能完美襯托出魚肉的鮮甜,湯汁濃郁,拌飯吃簡直是絕配。每一口都讓人忍不住想再來一塊,酸香鮮美的滋味在口中久久不散。接著是麻辣雞煲,這道菜的麻辣味道非常濃郁,雞肉燉得軟爛入味,咬一口就能感受到湯汁的香辣在口中爆發。辣度適中,麻香十足,吃起來非常過癮,特別適合喜歡重口味的人。雞肉吸收了湯汁的精華,口感鮮嫩,搭配裡面的洋蔥,層次感十足,越吃越上頭。最後是手撕包菜這道菜看似簡單,卻非常清爽解膩。包菜脆嫩可口,蒜香濃郁,吃起來特別爽口,正好中和了烤魚和雞煲的濃重味道。三種菜搭配在一起,既有酸爽,又有麻辣,還有清爽,每一口都讓人滿足感爆棚,絕對是一頓讓人回味無窮的晚餐!
