To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 於中午前往無論任何時段都總是需排隊輪候的百份百用膳,難得只需一分半鐘已能入座,且被分配至卡位。這間分店的裝潢滿有味道的,雖然不是舊式香港的裝修,但氣氛不錯。加錢點了夏日特飲芒椰蜜桃冰,就是普通果汁加了很多罐頭蜜桃,但既然一般凍飲要加$3,加$8喝這個還算可以。經典的中學生必點款,各式扒類配滿滿的汁,這個$50的牛扒腸仔半焗流心蛋蒜茸汁意粉,可說是出色。蒜茸汁及豉油汁都很香口夠拌麵,現今香港地以這種價錢能吃到撐飽胃袋的簡易西餐,算是小確幸。紅白駌鴦焗即叫即焗需稍等一會,鋪滿芝士的焗意粉很誘人,茄汁下有一塊豬扒,白汁下有一塊雞扒,所以$52也算合理,像我這樣喜歡乾麵的食家可試試。
